I am looking to see if there is anyone out there that may be having issues with the Eclinicalworks EMR System.  If you are having as much fun as we are, please drop me a line.

  1. Hello everyone, I am looking for nonbiased feedback on the Eclinical Works Electronic Medical Records software, Tech Support and Overrall problems that companies have faced. We have been using the software for a few years and have had nothing but problems. I am curious to see what problems your offices have faced.

  2. Hi Jay, we're facing the same situation as you. The problem is that they have such an influx of new clients getting started, they don't have the support or resources to get little things fixed that plague us all day long and get frustrating I usually give up trying to explain to them how to fix it and then live with it. Until, that is, I get a bill for the support that we pay quarterly, then I start to send it another work order. I couldn't find a blog on the web so I created one on Google. I'm the only member thus far. As individual practitioners we have no voice, it's a lot like dealing with insurance companies. We're generating all the business and they dictate how it will operate. Anyway, glad I found this. My blog address is:
